Before you ask!
We have started password protecting some of the pages for a few reasons - not least of all to make sure that the special prices we get for clients remain confidential and can't be accessed by any Tom, Dick or Harry.
The prices are confidential and privy to you and us, and by entering the price pages, you are agreeing to maintain that confidentiality. It is critical that prices remain private.We occasionally get emails from clients that can't access the property pages.
It is always down to the following reasons, so please make sure that you are not making the same errors.
You must enter your login details exactly.
These details are your email address normally (or a variation of it)
The email address at which you receive our newsletters and property alerts is your login.
If you insert capitals or lower case in places where the original login didn't have them, you won't get in.
It has to be exactly as you subscribed.
If your login requested has hyphens (-) or underscores ( _ ) you must enter your details without these.
For example. Original login "joe-bloggs@yahoo.co.uk" will not work.
You must use it without the hyphen i.e. joebloggs@yahoo.co.uk
Refresh your browser when you see the login box if your previous attempt has failed - (press F5 on your keyboard) everytime you retry .
If you still can't get in please email us and we will either reset your password or give you a new one.
