Investors are always concerned about the amount of rent payable by a
prospective tenant. There can be some degree of uncertainty due to market
fluctuations at the time. In order to bring some certainty to the actual rent
paid; we have devised our Guaranteed Rental Plan to give a
minimum amount of rent that will be paid for a property you buy through us that
is rented out, whether there is a tenant in or not.

- Payment commences the day
after legal completion for a period of 2 years.

- We pay even if we have not
found a tenant. (highly unlikely not to
find a tenant).
- Very high probability of
rent being paid by us, is well in excess of average mortgage rates being paid
by investors.
- If it takes us 3 months to
find a tenant, we still pay you the full Guaranteed Rent
agreed/offered.
- If we decide to take a tenant on a lease for £1.00 per month - you will
still be paid the full amount guaranteed.
